Bdgmes reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website along with the updated date. Continued use of the site will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

All members are required to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on bdgmes. bdgmes reserves the right to close any account registered with false or misleading information.

Registration requirements:

• Each person may register only one account
• Your name, mobile number, and email address must be accurate
• Account passwords must not be shared with anyone
• Opening an account under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited
• Accounts cannot be transferred to another person

If anyone creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and their balances may be forfeited.

The minimum age to register at bdgmes is 18. If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be closed and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. The following documents are required:

• Any unusual winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be considered void

• Bets on cancelled or suspended matches in Sports Betting are refunded
• If your internet connection drops, the game result will be saved on the server
• In the event of a dispute over game results, server logs will be treated as conclusive evidence

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdgmes and will result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Submitting fake or forged identity documents for verification
• Using software bots or automation to play games
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Any form of hacking or cyber attack on the gaming system

Bdgmes reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing unsatisfactory information during KYC verification
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

If there is a valid balance, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw before account closure, unless fraud has been established.

• Self-exclusion for a set period (7 days up to 90 days)
